Workout Of the Day
The W.O.D combines athletic aerobic movements with strength training exercises. Designed by Les Mills, this group class is dynamic and energizing. The sessions are structured around several music tracks that set the rhythm for different segments of the workout. The class starts with a warm-up, followed by cardio sequences, strength training, core work, and ends with a stretching session. The movements include jumps, sprints, push-ups, and other high-intensity exercises aimed at improving overall fitness.
