VINAYSA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement and breath in a smooth sequence of poses. Unlike more static forms of yoga, such as Hatha, Vinyasa is often described as a “moving meditation,” where each movement is synchronized with a specific breath. The term “Vinyasa” means “to place in a special way,” reflecting the importance of alignment and the continuous flow between poses. Vinyasa Yoga sessions can vary in intensity and pace, but they are always characterized by a sequence of continuous movements, often starting with sun salutations and incorporating a variety of poses (asanas) to strengthen, stretch, and balance the body.
