SPRINT
Sprint is a high-intensity indoor cycling program, also developed by Les Mills. This type of training focuses on short but intense intervals, typically lasting 30 minutes. Each session consists of sprints, climbs, and periods of active recovery, all performed on stationary bikes. The session is led by an instructor and accompanied by motivating music to help participants maintain maximum effort during the high-intensity intervals. The goal of Sprint is to maximize energy expenditure and improve fitness in a minimal amount of time.
