What is Sprint?
Sprint is a high-intensity indoor cycling workout created by Les Mills. This program focuses on short, intense intervals, lasting around 30 minutes. Each session features sprints, hill climbs, and active recovery phases, all performed on stationary bikes. Guided by a coach and set to energizing music, Sprint is designed to push you to your limits during bursts of maximum effort. The aim is to burn calories, boost fitness, and build strength in the shortest time possible.
