Mobility Of the Day

MOD consists of a series of specific exercises and stretches targeting different muscle groups and joints. MOD sessions may include techniques such as foam rolling (self-massage with a foam roller), dynamic or static stretches, joint mobility exercises, and corrective movements. These exercises are often performed slowly and with control, allowing focus on the quality of movement and breathing.
