CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit Training is a training method that combines strength, endurance, and cardio exercises. Each exercise is performed for a set period (usually 30 seconds to 1 minute), followed by a short rest before moving on to the next exercise. A circuit can include a variety of exercises, such as squats, push-ups, burpees, jumps, and exercises with weights or resistance bands. The circuits are often repeated several times during the session, making the workout intensive and full-body.
