BODY COMBAT
Body Combat is a class inspired by martial arts, developed by LesMills. This group workout combines movements from disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi, and muay thai. Each session is set to dynamic and energizing music that motivates participants to give their best. The class begins with a warm-up, followed by several combat movement sequences (punches, kicks, dodges), and ends with strength exercises and stretching. Body Combat is designed to be not only an excellent physical workout but also a fun and invigorating experience.
